Forward Motion for Writers

Hello! I’m an aspiring writer from Oklahoma. I actually started when I was nine writing plays. They did not make sense to me, so I threw them away. Then, later on, I tried writing stories with a family focus to it, like the kind that had young kids and teenagers in them, but, I threw those away too since it didn’t make sense to me. I met a man several years ago who ruined it for me by trying to get me write in the horror genre, and that wasn’t my type, so I left writing alone for a very long time. I am now getting back into it with the help of Stratford Career Institute, for a fee of course, taking the Writing Stories for Children course. I desire to take their Creative Writing course afterwards. I am out to grab all the resources I can to help me with my studies so I can be successful writer. Thank you!
