Yes, I am still doing my flash fiction stuff on friday:
Blog title: Joyously Prolific
Name: Lazette Gifford
Url: http://zette.blogspot.com/
That should do it! Thanks!
You know, a really crazed person could work all three of those into one story. Not me of course. No. Really — too much going on … (must take notes).
Okay, I’ll join in!
I plan (hope) to finish the editing on A Plague of Rats AND get it published before the end of the challenge! Right now I’m about 1/3rd of the way through the edits and they’re tough ones!
December 12, 2019 at 11:57 pm in reply to: Zette's Gym – Day 5804 – Wednesday, 11 December, 2019 #302702Thank you for the inspiration! I got a nice flash fiction out of this one, and it’s posted on my blog: https://zette.blogspot.com/
I wrote a full first draft for Tales from Grey Station 9/Season 2 and finished at 154,075 words. I had some hard days in there, but it went well enough by the end. Now I’m back to my final rewrite/edit of the year and looking at two outlines to decide what to start on January 1!
I hope to set up a two-month challenge for January/February. They used to be popular and fun — and I hope I still have copies of some of the old posts that I can update!
I’ve written 5 flash fictions so far, but the outline is stalled. That’s not going to really help.
Thank you for pointing that out! I’d left chapter 2 in a draft format, but it is published now!
Thanks! I hope it gets a bit of notice!
Raventower and Merriweather 3: Missing is now down to the last two chapters of rewrite and edit. It will sit for a few days — maybe weeks — while I make certain everything is working right. And while I make a cover for it. I’ll be happy to have this one done!
Nice to see what people are working on!
I’ve gotten slowed up on the Raventower & Merriweather 3 book, but I found the core of the problem and it’s just taking some adjustments earlier in the book to fix things. I like when the fix is relatively easy. Unlike the problem with Jami, a novel that I’ll have to rip out at least the last half and maybe more to fix. I do have the fix in mind, though, so that’s better than it has been for a couple of years.
I’d be interested in that book!
Good luck, Ashe. I hope the writing becomes more enjoyable again!
Another round of doctor stuff the last few days, but doing better again. I really will be back around more soon!
Thank you, everyone. It’s great to see so many familiar faces around here still!
