Hey great to see you on the new site! Even if you don’t want to be a career author, we’re all glad you’re here. Nano does seem daunting -even to me- but I’m using it this year to get a 1st draft out and going. Who knows, maybe it’s something you can use too.

Great pep talk to get back into writing. Sometimes I think people forget the art is work, but well worth it when it’s finished.

What’s usually keeping me from writing? My kid loves to scream at the top of her lungs, and I can’t concentrate when she does that. Yes, it’s those years right now. :S

I’m actually a bit of a late comer when it comes to writing. I was more into the visual side of art, but I did like to make my own graphic novels now and again. I decided to try my hand at just writing some years ago and I enjoy it so much I keep doing it. It’s another creative outlet for me, this time one I can tie in all my other hobbies so it’s become my favorite.
