Practical jokes were one thing, but what Carla had planned for her sister would come to be known as the Great Catastrophe among the family.

Timing was everything.

Jenny used to have strange dreams of yarn creatures leading her on adventures, but those were nothing compared to real thing.

On reading it, “Sprig” sounded like a simple spell – one that surely wouldn’t result in a great deal of trouble.

Everybody knows there are three possible destinations for the sould of one who’s died, but this is a story about the fourth destination.

Proof that another life form once existed came when humans landed on Alpha Centauri 3, and discovered ruins scattered with skeletons of humanoid creatures – but the real surprise came when tests on the bones were finished.
