There’s interest brewing in the 2 month challenges again, and the rules are hard to find. Is there a way to pin that thread to the top of the folder? And if not, can we move the rules threads one level up and include links at the bottom to the folders where people post?
I just noticed Zette replicated all of them at the bottom of her general explanation, but with the header of J-F 2013, many people won’t read it. So maybe just do a “Rules” Locked if possible, and then Levels per area? So one thread for Novels (again locked) and one for Short Stories, etc?

Although now that I answer this I don’t remember if you can do it while creating the post, or if you have to do it after it is posted to a forum board. I’m thinking it may be the latter.
