Greetings my friends.
Mea Culpa for my extended absense of late. I’ve had a lot going on in a short period of time.
Dad fell and got hurt, had to have help.
Mom started down a serious bad medical road and had to be placed in a nursing home.
Had to clean out the home of a hoarder (my mom) – Still dealing with the medical bills and such from all this.
Started having personal medical issues. (Nothing severe, but they have slowed my usual upbeat pace)
I’ve had issues with friends that have sapped strength and mental control.Oh, and I’ve broken it off with my SO of 11 years.
All this has lead to a writer’s block that started in late March/Early April and just started to lift in Mid September. I’ve not gotten anywhere near back to my usual output, but I’m back to writing… finally.
This also meant I let my blog go. :$ I’m working to catch it back up now.
Now to dig in and see what I’ve missed here.

October 8, 2013 at 3:56 am #222381That’s been the year from hell for sure. Welcome back.
October 20, 2013 at 10:09 pm #222382Gilroy, Hugs galore. Remember, writing can serve to restore you. Take it nice and slow. Make careful decisions about what you commit to and let the writing part help you out.
You can recover. I know this because other people have recovered from atrocities such as yours as well. Hang in there and get yourself well and back on the road.
October 20, 2013 at 10:22 pm #222383Hugs, Gilroy. I thought I’d answered this before, but I must have forgotten to. That’s a lot to deal with. Yay for starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel with your writing. Give yourself time to build up again.
