Work must have kept me away from the site longer than I thought. I was a member of the old site for two years. Until quite recently, I did not realize that I had to create a whole new account on this new site just to be able to navigate the site again. So I am supposedly a newcomer, but have been on here for awhile.

Though to be fair, other than posting a couple of weekly goals, I hardly did much on the site other than navigate.

But this year, I plan on changing that. The only thing I need now is to find a new writer friend who would be willing to critique me as the year goes on. But one step at a time. First I need to get back into writing like I once did.

It will be a great year for motivation. :)

Yep, the site has been rearranged. Glad you found your way back here. This seems to be a year for a lot of people to get back to writing, so you are in good company.

        Welcome back!

Welcome back. You might want to check out the Roving Crits board while you find a permanent critique partner. That may be helpful.
