So I’ve known of Forward Motion for about a decade, and have dropped by Holly’s site from time to time to read articles and whatnot. I’ve poked around at original works off and on, amid keeping my craft tools sharp and well-used writing fanfic and gamefic.
I’ve been tossing around a plot idea for a while now, and am gradually pulling the world into a sharper focus, and hope to eventually produce a viable manuscript. But that’s still a ways off, as I’ve not even completed a “chapter one” out of the new revisions/plot changes I’ve made.
When I’m not writing, I’m reading or gaming, or engaging in thinking-free play clicking around on Howrse or Wajas or on Farmville2. The last bit is usually when I’m trying to wake up, or collapsing after a long day at work. My ‘day job’, which is actually in the evening shift, is a CNA at a nursing/rehabilitation home.
My genre is science-fantasy. A SF-type futuristic/space setting, but with magical elements; magic, dragons, elves, etc.

In any case, welcome to Forward Motion!
