              i checked it out. seems the rules of play require publication of the resulting works. though i may be able to pork out a short story a month, which is challenge enough me, i’m not going to be publishing anything in the near future as i’m working on a book now. my goal is to try to get a chapter a month done if not more. so, i’ll be going back to the indie challenge and removing my post.

                No problem on that. Join in the fun when you are ready.

                We do have challenges and dares all the time for the writing itself (no publishing involved). Including special monthly challenges like the May Story-A-Day challenge (there are many tiers of participation on this, with the highest being a short story a day). Then there is the March Madness coming up. Keep an eye out in that part of the forum and join in the fun. :)
