Hello everyone,
I was pleasantly surprised to find that the website had been moved and upgraded! It looks very clean and sleek. I have been away for a few years and decided to come back because as a writer I feel I have lost my way. I have no real support in my day to day life and because of some really bad experiences, I feel I’ve lost my confidence as a writer and I’m hoping that chatting with people on here will help me gain it back.
I write fiction in the fantasy genre mostly. I’ve tried short stories but I’m fairly certain my heart is in novel writing. I need to work on pushing through my tendency towards procrastination and becoming easily distracted.
Look forward to chatting with all of you!

I hope we can help you recover your confidence. We’re a lot friendlier than some site I’ve looked at (and run away from )
Procrastination is one of my problems, too. I love to do research for my writing – waaaay too much!
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
Happy writing,
Deb Salisbury

Welcome back to Forward Motion. I hope our little writing community can help you get back on track. By all means jump right in. We still have plenty of challenges, dares, prompts, classes, and other fun stuff to help you fight against the tendency to procrastinate. Get out the word processing document and start putting down words!
Oh, and have fun doing it.
