I’m sorry I’ve been so quiet lately. I’ve been awful poorly. Had pneumonia for four weeks, followed by the inevitable fibromyalgia flare up/fall down, then the sudden onset of something hideously painful that’s twisting my hands and feet and is either osteo-arthritis or some auto-immune hangover from the pneumonia. Hoping it’s the latter, obviously, because that should be temporary.
Anyway, that’s been me this summer. It’s ongoing so I’m unlikely to be around any more frequently for a while, but I look forward to getting human again sometime and thought I should let you know what’s been happening.
Miss you!

Sorry to hear about the recurrent health issues.
Miss you, too! Get better, take care of yourself.
August 4, 2013 at 11:26 pm #220795No fun being sick. I spent a week in May, the entire month of June, and part of July in the Geriatric Rehabilitation Ward of a local hospital. There was o way I could free myself, no access to a computer and a diet that seemed to consist of a chicken drumstick and rice once or twice daily. I imagined it as as being similar to prison. I too am still not well , one of my diagnoses being diabetes, another Congestive Heart Failure (may or may not be terminal).
I do suggest that people pay atention to what their doctor is says even though they don’t put every thing in plain language. And while there is lots of amateur health advice around, it’s not always good.
I hope your problems clear soon.

Get better soon! You need to get back to feeding the plot bunnies!

*healing vibes your way*
