A Slightly Belated Hello

I’ve been lurking for a few days now and just realized that I have yet to stop by and say hello to all of you. My name is Vanessa. I am a twenty-three year old lurking somewhere in the region of Texas. I have been writing for some fifteen years now I believe. I guess at this point it’s been so long that it seems like it’s always been a part of me. I actually was introduced to this site by a few of the lovely ladies from the writing group that I am in.

I am a great lover of adventure. This tends to lean heavily towards fantasy and shows through in my writing. I love romance as well. I’m a sucker for it along with historical fiction. Combine those three and I’m usually lost in that world. I try to sometimes venture out of my comfort genres. I usually find the story deciding to help me out and end up back at least with some adventure going on.
