I have opened the book giveaway up to everyone, regardless of whether they donate to the fund for Kathy's kids. It was pointed out to me in a loving and gentle way that I was manipulative (Pushy was the word she use) and that not everyone can afford to donate to ANY cause, regardless of how good it is.

Thanks to everyone for their congrats and their sympathy. Both are much appreciated.
