Hello!
My name is Maria. I found this website through the National Novel Editing Month's site (which is sadly down at the moment), and I thought I would check this place out.

I've been working on my first novel for about two years now, and used NaNoWriMo as a place to finish my first draft. I'm now working on editing it with the hope of someday getting it published (although I don't know whether I'll self publish or go the traditional route).

I'm relatively new as far as writing is concerned, and hope to learn how to get a first draft all polished up and submission ready.

Yeah, the Edmo site was hacked, and hacked good. Hopefully they'll be able to get it going before the event is over. There are several here who participate and Adora is one of the mods over there.
