I can't remember how long it's been... Long enough that I wondered if my account was still active!

I took over two years off from writing to explore Archaeology, which was fun, but now the writing bug has bitten me again so I'm trying to get back into it all again.

Glad to see this site is still so active!

Welcome back to the group! Archaeology sounds like fun. It'll give you good story fodder now that your Muse is bopping you over the head for some attention.

Join right in with the fun! The boards and other things were rearranged early this year, so you might find things in different places. Plus, we started with an all new slate for posts. If you have trouble finding something, just ask.

Welcome back to FM.

Hi Sandra! Welcome back!

Oooooh! I wish I'd had the courage to study Archaeology - I took one class and was put off by all the pots I thought I was supposed to memorize. It didn't help I couldn't understand the professor's accent... I think he was from Wales.

Anyway, I love stories that include archaeology in almost any form.

Things here have changed a bit over the last year, so if you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

Thanks for the welcome. It's been long enough that I don't remember the old setup anyway :-)

lol, I would have loved to be in that class.

I remember though asking my highschool friends to watch the mini series How Green Was My Valley and them complaining the next day that I was expecting them to understand Welsh, with out subtitles. The movie was in English.

Funny I had no problems understanding. Could be because I am Welsh, though I don't speak the language and left there when I was 7 yrs old.

Welcome back.

Things have changed, but the important bits are still around - friendly and helpful activity, chats, Roving Crits, Daily Exercises to name a few.

Jump right back in and you'll find you can still swim.
