Our second grandson arrived! Gabriel, 6lbs 7oz, delivered to our daughter Jackie during a long and difficult c-section. He was breech, legs first, and the placenta was anterior. That was complicated enough, but then some of Jackie's vital organs got twisted and torn so they had to stop tugging on Gabriel while they saved Jackie's life.

She's in recovery now and they're still looking after her and Gabriel wonderfully.

This doesn't get said enough in our country, especially when the government works so hard behind the scenes to sell it off to their friends, but:

NHS! NHS! NHS!
